Seven players are absent from the entire Liverpool team against Manchester United.
A number of first-team players for Liverpool will be sidelined for Sunday’s massive Premier League matchup against Manchester United.
Jurgen Klopp’s team is expected to have a difficult time winning this game because in their last two games, they have required to come back from behind to win crucially against Brighton & Hove Albion and Sheffield United.
Midfielder Wataru Endo, who was sidelined for Thursday’s victory against the Blades due to an injury sustained last weekend, should give Liverpool a lift this coming weekend. The Japan international has “big” prospects of playing at Old Trafford, according to Klopp.

Even though their recuperation from injuries has accelerated recently, Trent Alexander-Arnold, Diogo Jota, and Alisson Becker will not be in the team that goes to Old Trafford. Stefan Bajcetic, Joel Matip, and Thiago Alcantara—all long-term absentees—will also be missing.
