King predicts Dyche’s sacking at Everton when the latest relegation verdict is revealed.
If Everton is relegated from the Premier League, the club would like Sean Dyche to stay as manager. That’s according to former Goodison Park scout Bryan King, who believes the Toffees will avoid relegation this season.
The Merseyside club is presently 16th in the Premier League standings, only four points above the bottom three. Speaking about why the club hasn’t fired Dyche despite his terrible results, King told Goodison News: “I think compensation is part of it. Everything will centre around whether or not they are relegated. “I believe they would want him to bring them back into the Premier League if they did, but I’m still certain that, despite their recent terrible performance, they will remain up. However, they must begin to produce outcomes and earn points.
I don’t see why they would want to disrupt it. Although you’re always under the auspicious effect, as they say, with a new manager coming in, who may be able to produce two or three results, which Everton really needs.

“But if they’ve given him the opportunity to take the team out to a warm-weather camp, it’s a team-building exercise. “I believe he will stay this season. Will Everton be relegated from the Premier League? It was previously unimaginable that the Toffees would slide down to the Championship, but that has become a very real prospect in recent seasons.
They have, however, managed to remain in the top flight, but are now again embroiled in a frantic relegation race, with Dyche being linked with the dismissal due to their poor form. However, the Goodison Park team has received a boost as relegation rivals Nottingham Forest were docked four points due to financial irregularities.
